Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Process
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To begin the process, please visit the Returns page on our website and fill out the return form. Ensure that your items are returned in their original, unused condition, with tags attached. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we are happy to assist you. Please follow the same process as returns, and once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will notify you, and you will be given the option to either choose a replacement or opt for a refund.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable. These include:
- Gift cards
 - Items marked as final sale
 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
